The better I eat, the better I look. The better I look, the better I feel. The better I feel, the better I eat. I could get used to this cycle.
I eat too much :/
1. Workout 3 to 4 times a week atleast
2.no more pizza,chinese,or fast food
3.do abs every night before bed
4.lose 5 to 10 pounds/ flatter tummy
5.get bigger butt, 20 squats a day
