I see a lot of pictures with captions saying “I will work out in my sports bra and shorts when I get skinny” or something to that effect. I can honestly say, at 175 pounds, I already do this. Why? Because I love my body no matter what! I’m changing it to be healthier, but i’ll be damned if someone is gonna tell me what to wear when i’m sweating my ass off while they sit back and watch. Wear what you want to wear and wear it with pride!

Grilled chicken salad
Bran flakes

Is that alot?

I also rAn 3.5 miles and did 100 crunches plus a minute of russian twists. Ran it in 28 minutes..completely happy with that.
