ok,my legs are fat,my stomach is fat,my arms are fat. fat everywhere.

Branflakes
Turkey sandwhich( cheese tomato& a lik mustard)
I don’t really like mustard but I know its healthier than mayo so I chose it :)
90 cal bar
Sister is buyin ice-cream tonight so thts gnna be my dinner :)
Plus a banana probably
Breakfast: branflakes cereal
Snack:special k 90 cal bar
Lunch : 2 pieces of chicken
Dinner: spaghetti
That’s pretty good right?
Ran 2 miles
Did 50 squats
50 hip raises
And 15 min ab burner on Nike training
^^^ exactlyI see a lot of pictures with captions saying “I will work out in my sports bra and shorts when I get skinny” or something to that effect. I can honestly say, at 175 pounds, I already do this. Why? Because I love my body no matter what! I’m changing it to be healthier, but i’ll be damned if someone is gonna tell me what to wear when i’m sweating my ass off while they sit back and watch. Wear what you want to wear and wear it with pride!
Time to kick my butt into shape! Bikini bod here I come!

Salad with tuna no dressing
3chicken nuggets
Bagel thin wit cream cheese
Grilled chicken salad
Bran flakes
Is that alot?
I also rAn 3.5 miles and did 100 crunches plus a minute of russian twists. Ran it in 28 minutes..completely happy with that.
