I also ran about 2.5 miles today. It was a bad workout :( atleast I’m gettin back on track

Still kinda ate bad but I stuck to my no bread. I had a salad with tuna nd no dressing for lunch. I had a muffin( I’m cutting these out too but it was my last one) and wings and some crackers wit cream cheese and cereal..yeh thts alot :(
So my dad works for CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) my dad just told me that they are trying to raise money for families in africa to bring them fresh water and school supplies for their children. He said if i posted something about it on tumblr they would give money to help supply this so for every reblog they’ll give $1 and .50 cents for every like. So please reblog and like. Haven’t been on in awhile.been eating bad but now I’m back on track and I cut out bread and pasta.
Huge binge yesterday…
I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so much …
Starting Sunday. No bread or pastas or muffins..this is going to be so hard but I know it will help me lose weight.
If start to cut out basically all carbs will I lose more weight? I I start to eat carbs again will I balloon up? Any suggestions?
Couldn’t even run two full miles..my head has been hurting all day and I jus puked a little :(
Honestly I don’t know how people count calories or why. If your hungry then eat if not then dont. I eat basically whatever I want an jus make sure I workout. For example I’ve eaten four cookies today:p and boy were they good. But I’ll run on the treadmill for an hour and do some abs and pushups and I’ll be good.
